How can I order products?
- You can easily order products via our website. Select the product you want, add it to your shopping cart and follow the payment instructions.
How can I send you my logo data for the digital print sticker?
- Please send us the logo data as a vector-capable file to vertrieb@struck-lichtwerbung.de. We can use the file format .pdf and .eps.
Can I order the products in other colors?
- In principle, we can paint our products according to your RAL specifications. To do this, please contact us before placing your order at vertrieb@struck-lichtwerbung.de or via our contact form, which you can find on our “Contact” page.
Can I order the lanterns with a logo print?
- We can customize your lantern discs with your logo. To do this, please contact us before placing your order at vertrieb@struck-lichtwerbung.de or via our contact form, which you can find on our “Contact” page.
How long does it take for my order to arrive?
- Delivery time depends on your location. We typically aim to deliver orders within 5-7 working days.
Can I track the status of my order?
- Yes, you can inquire about the status of your order by sending us an email to vertrieb@struck-lichtwerbung.de or by contacting us using our contact form, which you can find on our "Contact" page.
Is international shipping offered?
- Our shipping is currently only limited to Germany and deliveries within the European Union.
Can I cancel or change my order?
- If your order has not shipped yet, you can cancel or change it. Please contact us as soon as possible at vertrieb@struck-lichtwerbung.de, our contact form or by phone at +49 5233 / 9493 10 to arrange this.
What is your return and exchange policy?
- You can find information about our returns and exchange policies on the Revocation Information page. Generally, we accept returns within 14 days of receiving the product, provided it is unused and in perfect condition. Individualized products cannot be exchanged.

How are the menu cases and display cases mounted?
- All cases are suitable for wall mounting. However, if the cabinets are mounted on a free-standing structure, an additional cover should be installed to protect them from water. The Bistro and Taverna models are not suitable for installation in a niche or between two posts, as the outer frame also serves as a hinged door and the lock is attached to the side of the frame. For the illuminated versions, the electrical installation must be carried out by qualified personnel.
